This is hard for beginner. Actually, a password reset disk is enough to bypass windows 7 password. It can be made in advanced or after the time you forgot the password.

Maybe , i am afraid that it can not satisfy  you , the Windows 7 Password recovery program is complex , just as i think

was it only the admin password changed?

or are you also locked out and cant log into windows?
