Help/Support Question: Way to reset apptrailers user on android?

Hey guys,

Someone know if have option to factory reset apptrailers username so I get new user?

Like unban way that reset points and give new user.

I try to factory reset the android but it's not work.

Or if have some working way to reset device id?

Hello im not sure you can do that but if in the mean while you've ran out of videos try some other apps like that one. Free AppRedeem, Rewardable, Gigwalk, shop kick, and there's one just for androids from google but i can't recall the exact name. Anyway you should know that by having another account doesn't make you have more points other than the usual exchange. Try having some patience and wait for more videos, because gathering all points in one account might be a better choice.

Use Xprivacy to unban. They go by IMEI number on android phones and Serial Number on tablets. Also, clear data in App Trailers and change your IP address with Mac clone in your router settings. You will have a new account. It worked for me.
