So when I click the install button, it does nothing. I don’t have the original app on my phone, but it still doesn’t work. However, I don’t have the App Store on my phone (strict parents 🙄). I was wondering if this may be the cause of why they aren’t downloading. I tried it on my IPad Pro and it worked. Could you tell me what’s wrong?

Hello,

Are you sure you do not have the original app installed? And have you tried waiting for the popup to come up after clicking the button?

The popup asking you to confirm the installation should be instant or within a few seconds.

If it doesn't come up, then likely something else is going on.
