Help/Support Social duplicator 2 (null) problem

Hi I get a problem when I try to duplicate any app with social duplicator 2 it gives me that and when I try to install it says that there where an error accorded 

[Rook 555.1k iPad Pro (2nd gen) 17.4 Donor]

Does Social Duplicator work? Is it updated for iOS 11?

same, im on ios 12 too, and i saw it say works but never test it out
