Try to find the desired item in your IOS account settings. Updating the entire system may also help you. Another way is to create a new account. I would not recommend doing a full factory reset, but it might help too. Changing the account to a new one helped me. The fact is that in the login of my first account there were numbers 1212. I don't know how this is related, but after I replaced them with 1155, this problem disappeared. I tried to find on the forums what this means.
