Help/Support dylib file - creating hacks

Hello, I write to you about dylib, I want to start developing hacks for games, to start a simple, cleaning the grass in PUBG, so, I have a question, it can only be done on macOS, or on a virtual machine macOS? Is there any way to implement this on Windows?

You can hack on Windows or Mac. I personally use Windows with Mac readily available in VMWare.
