It worked for me was such a download folder of IOS7 & 8 Then I installed the same way IFILE and it worked.

Now I download the file INSTALL DEB does not works.

Did you wait 20 seconds? Also turned on the hacks? Uninstalled old hacks?

I kept the old one, but now it works I saw it installed something new installation of the new definitions of the DEB turned on and working.

By the way how do I remove the old settings CHEAT?

Remove the old one from Cydia.

 

It'll cause conflicts if you don't.
