Help/Support Limit Ad Tracking Won’t let me turn it off (IOS 12)

I’m trying to shut it off because IGG for iOS 12 it needs to be, but the option is greyed out for me

First go to screen time  in setting. After that go to content and privacy restrictions .‌Select the Advertings option and then Allow it. 💥 Before proceeding, you must exit from your apple id.

Still no luck

 

EDIT: Figured it out but now IGG says failed to initialize
