This can be done inside filza, i’ve seen the file before, your best bet is to look in the documents folder and check gameconfig or something like that

You just need Filza , open fortnite documents, FortniteGames, Saved, Config, IOS, then open the script “GameUser.Setting”

Look for MobileFPSMode=Mode_30Fps and change it to 60Fps and save it.
