Help/Support hacked apps not working on 9.3.5

I'm having an issue with installing most hacked games. for instance...recolor - it would install but was not able to open it, uninstalled and still won't work. 

2nd - Colorfy - installed, went through sign in process, tapped for hack to activate and the app was still locked for purchase. the app was supposed to be all unlocked. app works on iPad mini with iOS 12.1.1

3rd - chicken Pox - hacked game downloaded but won't finish install - says cannot install at this time. try again later....ive already reinstalled and restarted and re-jailbreak with phoenix and still same issue

this happens with most of the games I try to install on this iPad running 9.3.5. please help.
