i did, but when i click the link above i get to another Website to install iOS gods app. But i dont Need the app at the phone i Need the hack file at my Computer, to continue with the other steps..

Yes just go to the ios app website from your computer

and download ipa file for summoner war 

and then run cydia impactor connect your phone to your computer
