The idea behind this thread is to get people to speak up about issues, problems they are having. Even the simplest of problems, is still a problem that needs to be solved. No questions are dumb, and I and hopefully the rest of the crew here at iOSGods will do our best to help you with your questions. 

 

I know that it can be hard to get help sometimes. Either because people are busy, or your thread just isn't getting any attention at all. But, hopefully having this thread open which will hopefully be a "General Support" about the simpler tasks at hand. Meaning, you can post whatever issue you're having, and people here, and me, will help the best we can.

 

Example Question: I've lost my account information to Blizzard, and I can't remember my email account password or the secret question, what should I do?

 

Example Answer: Take a photo of your Drivers License / Picture ID, and send to blizzard via *this link* and use the callback service *here* for the fastest support.

 

I also have an email where I can be reached pretty much 24/7 if there's "urgent" issues that needs to be solved. You can email me information about a post you made here, and I'll take a look as soon as I can.

It's best to seperate every question into their own threads and it's better to get help from multiple people about a problem rather than just one since one cannot know everything or doesn't know something else the other person does.

I just thought I'd make a "General" that isn't related to most stuff on the website And, people reading might help too, not only me. I just wanted to ´give this a shot since I think it's a good idea behind it, I might be wrong, if so, we should remove the thread. It's just a thought

It's a good idea but it will get confusing. Multiple people answering multiple questions on one thread won't be very user friendly.

 

And it won't get as much attention as a seperate thread with a good title related to their issue.
