Help/Support Downloading problems

I cant download ANY app at all it always go a bit and it says “app” could not be download at this time and i have 2 options retry or done

EDIT:thanks for tryihg to help but i dont think it is the mb problem

EDIT 2: Ok in giving up i can download the small apps but i cant download big apps like Critical Ops and if i get replies i will read em and see if they help but now ima just not try anymore

EDIT 3: IT WORKS NOW MAYBE BECAUSE IT WAS LAGGING AND NOW I HAVE BETTER CONNECTION

If you’re using iPhone to download it’s apple’s stupid 150 mb limit. Google on how to get around this idiotic thing.
