Help/Support Grant error

I still cannot find a way to login to the app as it give me the grant error. I’ve cleared my safari and uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times

It’s related to the reCaptcha. Sounds like it’s failing to load for you.

I’m unsure right now as I cannot reproduce your issue. However I am looking into it.
