There are 3 ViPs package

1/ Jailbroken ViP (Does not access to ViP Non-JB Cheats)

2/ iOSGods App ViP (Does not access to ViP Cheats - which required Jailbreak)

3/ ViP Plus (Access to Everything)

Your current ViP is 1 that's why you don't have access to the iOSGods App. Like I said PM DiDA he will solve the problem

When you clicked Install button on the ViP Non-JB IPA on the iOSGods AppStore it will show you

24 or 25 for 3 months I think. You already ViP Plus it won't show
