I can’t figure this out to save my life 

 

can anyone link me to a tutorial that works so I can finally crack this damn puzzle - I just want to mod my gta:sa app on iOS so I can play as Claude Speed an add some damn cars an seriously, I think the damage to my head over the years is beginning to manifest cause I seriously can NOT figure this out.. I have tried every method I can find an downloaded so many files but cannot locate apparatus for injecting any of it into the games code

You guys are able to use the app and complaining 👀 it still says revoke since summer of Covid-19. Still i like the app even if it doesnt work for me. Stay safe everhome
