You need to be more specific. What Iphone are you using? what IOS are you on? and what jailbreak do you use? And what seems to be the Problem what exactly does not work for you or seems to be the problem?

I got ban on my iPhone 5 iOS 10.3.3 every time I wipe it dosnt clear my data for some reason ?

Delete the app and downgrade the game with app admin to version 1.1.6 that should fix the problem.
