I bought everything is fine

but when the game stuck and i re-open the game

we have a problem that i cannot click anything and cannot swipe or do anything in the game

but the game is still running i can only watching it run

can you help me please?

Yeah, I experienced this same issue. When I closed out of the app the first time and opened it back up, I couldn't move the screen around. I could zoom in and out, but that was it.

Edit:

Looks like other people who play the game are having an issue with this version based on App Store reviews...?
