Have you tried 3G?

tried wifi at home earlier i get the same.

 

i can still browse the internet but apparently facebook thinks i have no internet

Restoring to 8.3 would fix your issue.

Can you check your /etc/hosts file?

 

Remove anything Facebook related in there if there is any.

i have ifile and currently looking at my etc folder but there no host folders just host file
