Thanks for the info.  But unfortunately this only seems to works if backgrounding functions correctly and does not start the app over.

 

I haven't seen backgrounding work correctly since iOS 6.1.2 LOL  Ever since iOS 8 Apple's "new and improved" backgrounding method has been garbage.

 

When I switch to GameGem, make the changes, and then switch back to CSR, it just relaunches the app, and all the changes are gone.  This can be verified by going back to GameGem.  Oh well.

 

I wish Apple would bring back true backgrounding, where the app is actually still fully running in the background instead of that "app freezing" crap as they call it.  And this is on a 2 year old iPad 4.  Sad, very sad.

It's because your memmory ( ram ) isn't enough to handle csr and gamegem.I can play and switch beetween csr and csr 2 on my ipod 6
