Uninstall IPA file, then install the original game, then play it until u pass 1st tutor and find loby in game, open setting in game and login using KONAMI Account or GameCenter, save ur progress using online Account, after that uninstall original Game, reinstall IPA file. open IPA game and login using Online Account KONAMI or GameCenter. for me, i'm using KONAMI Account.

NOTE: u have to be patient for in game download, bcoz u have to do this more than once to download in game file.
