It doesn’t matter since this is not an online game.  Enemies are all bots. You can confirm this by using speed hacks. If it were an actual multiplayer game, only your movement becomes fast but they also catch up.

I would not be that sure. Probably affects all game that cheat! It hapened to me in online games!

Well, I used speedhack on other online FPS games such as KUBOOM, danger close etc, and only my movement speed got fast.  Sure the animation of the movement gets affected on everyone, but the distance they can move from point A to point B in a second is totally different. But they did in this game so I came to this conclusion.
