Edit: I tested on my iPhone 6 12.0.1 and the same issue happened 😞

Edit 2: I found the issue, since the ball was launching during the logging, it was crashing. I got lucky that I was able to login before the ball was auto launched.

Edit 3: Still after logging the game crashes after a few seconds.

Yea I getting the crash issue as well if I turn off my vpn. Can you try using Windscribe VPN and download the game again?
