o 30 different drills to choose from (in skill areas such as Chalk Talk, Warm Up and Muscle Activation, Stopping, Forward Stride, Backward Skating, Edges, Crossovers, Turns and Transitions, Starts and Acceleration, Add a Puck, and Fun Stuff)

o A “Key Teaching Point” slide at the end of each video that identifies teaching cues as well as common errors to look for and how to correct them.
