Why my Controller For All won't recognize my PS3 Controller?

Sometimes it says Controller recognize but PS3 controller is still blinking?, how to fix it please :'(

Lol In Mac, The Version of Six Pair is much easier to use. All you need to do is to press pair button and voila , It's DONE. I LIKE PLAYING WITH MY PS3 CONTROLLER using this.

I have a PS3 Controller it says already connected and in the settings appears "Disconnect Controller" but the controller still flashing then suddenly it stops flashing disconnected itself. While still being connected for a moment i tried pressing all the buttons or holding the "P" button and still won't connect. I tried many times connecting it and it does all the same when trying to connect.

Can you help me for a fix please ? I really want to play Emulators with my iPad.
