PayPal link button. Directing to bank card insertion screen. I'm writing bank card information. Click pay. “Your card is already attached” warning appears. I can't pay by link. Can you give a paypal mail address that we will send payment to?

The way you described your issue was on the PayPal website. So there should be an issue with PayPal or your PayPal account and unfortunately we cannot assist there.

How I can fix my paypal? The problem that I can buy everything except the vip. It is kinda strange.. I have wrote to paypal customer support, but I didn't receive the answer. Also recently my paypal account was hacked and the $200 was stolen from me. It was a suprise for me, because I thought that the hackers usually steal money from credit card and not from paypal.
