Help/Support Authenticator leads to main website

Hello, new member here.

So I have been experiencing a few issues here on my newly installed hacked app. It's installed properly, trusted and verified the app, but boom, when I'm finished entering the information required in the authenticator page, it just loads up to the main website. By the way, I'm using iPhone 6s on iOS 12.0.1.

I converted my google account to local

Im jl ios 10.2.1
