Edit: 😍👌OMG! It works, except the cash its set to 0 on latest version v1.28.4! 

I quit after spending a cash in the tutorial, where it went to 49. Then went to filza, app manager, waited for 4s, then documents and pasted and replace(apply to all) the files there. Then when i entered the game it got havk and said to load fro server i did. And now i have such beaitiful city, also i can rename it too.

Great job man, really appreciate it. Thanks alot for this awesome hack!
