last night when i checked my IP was same as before i used proxy even after i changed it. server was up and @Walking Hellsaid I wasnt connected to proxy, so if you knw the way to check if maybe my wifi is blocking it maybe thats the reason? im not sure yet, have to wait til i get home to try
