I have same issue bro and im using 6s plus .

for me if the safari not open means im on the right server and i can start the game without any bans 

Im using No recoil and hide trees /grass 

im still using old port

I was using the server and port stated above,  it was working last night. But im wondering why i can browse/open some websites now using this Server?. Btw, im banned again.. i dont want to create another fb/twitter account just to get banned again. I just wanted to play but i guess that’s not possible. ?
