After change my ip with VPN (mobile data) I can not go more than loading page.. it’s loading and loading all the time, at the end there is network issue

So I’m connected to server. It’s showing in whatsmyip... however I noticed I can surf the web and use apps like Snapchat and instagram.. does this mean I’m not properly connected to it? Before he WiFi would only work for the PUBG app.
