    It was like that with me, i deleted cydia substrate from cydia and went to unc0ver to jailbreak again with “reinstall cydia” turned on, after that i went to cydia and installed preferenceloader, after that you will need to download the deb file and install it as you just did and respring again. I guarantee you that this will work but all your tweaks will be removed but its worth it i guess. I looked for the fix everywhere but i didnt find any fix for it so here you go i found the fix for it.Thank me later 🙂

        📖 Android Installation Instructions

        STEP 3B: If the mod includes a DATA file, extract it if it’s archived. Then move the folder to: /Android/data/
