It also depend on your network and pc/laptop performance. It only took me 3 minutes

If it still doesn't work switch to super impactor or update cydia impactor to latest version

The game is quite old so obvilously no player to play co-op anymore

before applying the hack, there were players coming, but since I applied the hack there are no more players.

 

By changing game center account and opening the game without hack there are players, so it does not have a player absence
