Fix:

Delete all versions of impactor.

download version 0.9.45 and version 0.9.50

revoke certs with 0.9.50

use 0.9.45 to sideload the app.

I am using an iPhone 8 Plus as well and Sing is on my phone after doing the above steps.

If you have a Mac, just use Xcode to revoke 

0.9.45 will work
