Anyone looking into this? Or a possibility of someone looking into the captor verification pop up that just doesn't come up. Anything we can do to solve this? I've tried everything on this list and still won't let me. Seems like a few people having the same issue but no answer...

Still having this issue too. Tried reinstalling this morning, due to being busy over the weekend, exactly the same. Certainly seems like a captur problem, and i am shocked (albeit a bit happier) that it is not just me having this problem, so it's not something i am doing wrong.
