EDIT:// I'm getting "premature end of line" when trying to install using cydia impactor, anyone know how to fix this? I installed iTunes on my PC and the file, when downloaded, appears as iOS App if that means anything to you guys. Someone please help.

Use latest version of impactor or run impactor as windows 7 compatibility mode
