Help/Support Payment failed always with paypal

Hello,

I am trying to buy VIP but i just cant.

Always says Payment failed

this is what the email says:

Unfortunately, there was a problem accepting your payment. A refund has been issued and it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your bank account. Please review and make sure your billing information is correct, use another device and network, then try submitting your payment again by clicking the Pay Now button. If you require further assistance, contact an Administrator

I know i need @DiDA's help but he is not replying in PM and he says you cant be ViP

but i just worked so hard to get that money and it is useless now

so if there is anyway im willing to do it!
