Try useing terminal tweak . Write when open terminal  “ su “ to be given full authority then “ alpine “ ( su defaulte passowrd ) . Then write the following “

dpkg -i path/path/filename.deb 

* i mean by path the real file path in where you donwload it in filza 

Finally press enter or return in your keyboead . It will be installed successfully.
