i just did update it like 5 mins ago and now im testing
casue ive been noticing othe ipas are installing but crash on launch 
and also checked that impactor wasnt supporting ios 12 yet
i was on 0.9.44 and 0.9.46 supported ios 12 but latest is 0.9.47
hopefully it works and be sure to reply again with a thanks or whateves give up

Well after all my complaints
It finally worked
make sure to update cydia impactor to the latest 0.9.47

It takes quite a while to install. Be patient. Cydia impactor will say complete.
