Help/Support IGameGuardian "Reboot your device" iOS 11.3.1

I need help I got iGameGuardian last week it worked for about 30 minutes and then started saying please reboot your device I followed the instructions on the WiFi when it said contact developer I asked him to do a reset and then after he reset it it started saying please reboot your device again I’m running iOS 11.3.1

I have many times I emailed him last night about the process it goes through but he hasn’t responded
