DLG Cheat Engine is not something you can just install, you will need to inject it into your IPA then sideload it with the IPA.

If you have a Mac You can do it by following this

but I am not surw if it will work in ios 12 as many user are saying apps are crashing on ios 12

I have rootlessJB iOS 12.0 beta 10 with GeoFilza 12 and iZip and I downloaded the Deb. I put all the stuff where it needed to go thru the var and bundle tweaksupport folder Mobile substrate , etc . It doesn’t show . My cylinder ,animation lock , snowboard , gravity all shows but no dlg
