Help/Support Install ipa files ios11.3.1

I’m Really struggling install an ipa file with  ios11.3.1. I know it shouldn’t be that difficult. I just can’t grasp it, if anyone has a simple++ guide please let me know thanks

How are you installing these apps? Using Cydia Impactor?

Hi I tried extender installer but that gave me endless errors  and finally loosing my jailbreak, I had to start again, so I read tutorials from 2017 from gods, using Filza but I am not having much success, I did try something with AppCake but error messages came up saying ipa cannot be installed on ios11. I then downloaded ipa files from signing services I subscribe to, attempting to install them through filza,  extender installer , PC Cydia impactor after many error messages and revoking certificates  will only allow me a couple to install. I just never guessed it would be this hard, I really thought jailbreaking would be a great experience for me but for most of it, its been a lonely learning costly and really stressful experience. Just the want and desire to have something not everybody can do or obtain, I thought was going to be awesome . I so desired to become skilled in jailbreaking but massive fail, I can save a life but I can’t install ipa’s  Into a phone or change permissions with files, it’s just got all to much for me. But thanks for your reply, it reminds me some people do care
