Help/Support IGMM Not showing up

As the title suggests, the In Game Mod Menu is not showing up.
The main game I am trying this with is CSR Racing 2. The previous 1.21.0 version of this hack showed up, though didn't seem to work for me. Now the new 1.22.0 version doesn't even show up in game.

I'm on a Ipad 4 with 10.3.3 H3lix Jailbreak.

Hack don't support x32 Devices .. 
All of my hacks are for x64 Devices ..

iPad 4 is x32 and the hack is x64 only now.

This hack only works on x64 or ARM64 iDevices: iPhone 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, SE, iPod Touch 6G, iPad Air, Air 2, Pro & iPad Mini 2, 3, 4 and later.

Well that would explain it then. I figured it was for both as the title of the thread and mod requirements don't mention it being a 64 bit only hack.

Where do I put in for a VIP refund as the CSR hack is all I wanted from it and I have no other device that can be jailbroken at this time
