Contact them via in game which you can find on upper left. They usually reply within 2-3 hours.

I have question I have one device and switch between two account

one account with hack and other account without hack - if hack account got banned, other account without hack will get banned also or not because I'm using one device to switch -  I have to install hack and uninstall every switch

I mean it's possible that they will ban all account that using by this device or not (device mac address ban), any one try this before

Moonton could ban wrongfully as well.

A day ago, one of the best Asia team, BTR's player, SynC, got banned.  But he was released immediately due to his reputation and fame in competitive game. 

Here's the screenshot: (Translation for those who can't read chinese: Jane (insider of moonton)  was helping him on this case)

 

Long story short: Clean players can be banned as well, possibly player's report.

Further investigation from comments in the post: If someone lodge the battle ID in discord, ML team will immediate take effect on the account on a specific date.

If you are flagged and switches acc, the ban effect will immediate take place. Try login in on another device and you will see it.
