So I downloaded this hack and found some very odd things happen in pvp and story mode

•Insta kill causes you and your units to die instantly, but when you hit an enemy it glitches them and your unit dies

• mana bar insta kill caused both cartman battles to become unwinnable as cartman summons a ton of cooks which freezes the game. Any fixes?

The features are likely linked, so you should enable/disable as you see fit using the mod menu.

the freez locker key and add key its juste open locker with the mast same item and freez  , shot linked and its work for the ennemie , juste unlimited mana work ( linked to )

is not a real cheat or its broken cheat
