Well im sure everyone who got connection refusesion on purchasing is because their country restriction, while most of the app like this is not available world wide, but this one is available world wide, the top reason is because of dev are afraid to get their apps hacked ex:SEA/asia known to be cracker i live in indonesia and i'll look into making uk/us regional account.

 

Logic: Most of autolikers kind apps is not available for everyone and they strict to UK(i hv seen the most is UK the only reasonable region to have this kind of app) but then this one come up for world wide and thinking of the inapp purchase is stricted to some country.
