Installation Instructions:
STEP 1: Download the Modded APK file above using your favorite browser or a download manager of your choice.
STEP 2: Copy the file over to your Android device via USB or wirelessly. Skip this step if you're using your Android device to download the mod.

Can't get to work for me on a Nexus 6P. Signed the apk and installed, but no free skipping, free items in store, or past items. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'm used to using a different setup from another modder that I can't find any longer where had to install the original apk and then install the modded apk on top.

I signed with APK Repatcher; running on rooted BlueStacks 3.54.  Have no free items in store, or skipping either; that i can see. 

Store purchases use dollars or donuts when utilized; however I can get the Springfield Heights items for free; (so its entirely possible that store purchases is working; just have not hit 0 yet in dollars or donuts to confirm; as i have 0 rss in Springfield Heights items, and their purchases still occur...).  ?
