Help/Support Airport city unban (no fix found yet)

So basically every account I make gets banned without cheating even though I have in the past witch got the ban. I’ve deleted keychains, edited keychain.db deleted anything repeated to airport city, reinstalled game, tried vpn, used app manger to wipe everything. But I’m still getting banned how are they identifying my device?

Anyone else I really need help with this. I’ve made a new Apple ID and Game Center, deleted all keychains and app data, tried a vpn. I see in the game file it uses openudid but that changes every time I wipe app data correct? I’m thinking it has to be a MAC address ban I’m not able to find a working spoofer for 11.2.1. I’ve been trying things for days any and all help would be appreciated.

I just got banned used apps manager to reset the entire app and i’m unbanned when it asks do you wanna sign into new save or old select new one you won’t be banned
