No you still have to buy the event separately. You don’t need to subscribe to fight pass to buy PPVs.

I did VPN and see an option to purchase for $24.99 or "Upgrade your account to view this video" have you subscribed to Fightpass and got PPV's without buying them?

I signed up with Indian account and while fight  pass does say access to all ufc events it seems it’s still asking me to buy it. 
 

what’s odd is if you pick another country or even the US it specifically says not all events and ppv is via ESPN+  so who knows. Even for 24 bucks it’s not bad. If anyone wants to split it the PPv, if you cast the video it doesn’t seem to stop the stream. You can’t login into the app with multiple people at the same time but once the video gets cast it seems to allow multiple streams of you close the app.

 

edit. It doesn’t allow multiple streams. I guess that’s GG boys
