First, you HAVE to downgrade the app to 2.8 and use Flex.

If you process the UFC on latest or old version before. You HAVE to delete " com.ufc.ufctv.dat " file with Filza File Manager.

For iOS 11+, you have to process the executable then open UFC and don't click anything with an update notification. And wait while then back to Flex. You will be able to use this bypass. 

Also for Blackout when viewing blocked videos. You can use VPN and change to the different country. Surely, you can watch it.
